Welcome to the monthly Ultra plan made just 4U! This is 4U’s monthly ULTRA design service where you can sit back and relax while we work on your design needs. Service Scope 4U Studios will be your own design solutions team. We cover; Videos, Branding, Marketing, and Professional brand requirements. We’ll be your partner in making your brand even better. FEE SCHEDULE Monthly payment is due upon contract acceptance and will be due on the same day of the succeeding months. All invoices are payable within 5-days of receipt. A 2% service charge is payable on the total overdue balance. ESTIMATES The timeframe and output turnover are subject to change depending on the complexity of the sent task. We try our best to deliver within our average 48 hour delivery, for any changes due to the complexity of the task, the client will automatically be informed. CHANGES Unlimited revisions can be made within your monthly subscription. The client will be responsible for additional fees if monthly subscription is not continued and additional requests are made by the client on any approved output. Fees will be charged according to the 4U one time plan package that covers the scope. OWNERSHIP All preparation materials, sketches, visuals including the electronic files used to create the tasks will become the property of the client. The ownership of the design solutions remains with 4U which means 4U studios will have the right to publish our work upon. Posting of works are subject to timeline approval of the client. SUSPENSION/CANCELATION 4U studios reserve the right to suspend the subscription if Client interferes with excessive micromanaging, demonstrates continued lack of trust and inability to move forward after showing more than a reasonable number of unique ideas/concepts and/or shows reluctance in paying the final payment. Client reserves the right to suspend or cancel any project if service scope as defined in the proposal or the customer service experience do not meet clearly defined expectations. Prior notice will be given by either party as a fair chance to remedy the situation without resorting to project suspension or cancelation. In the event that the monthly subscription is canceled before its expiration date, no refund will be given. Ownership of the original artwork shall be owned by 4U Studios.
